At Imaginarium web there are several areas in which we collect personal data.

All the information we request on the purchase form is used for the sole purpose of processing and delivering the products acquired. In the form, we ask customers to voluntarily identify themselves as the members of the Club Imaginarium or previous customers, in order to facilitate data entry and to be able to show them their shopping history later on. These data will become part of the Orders file, registered with the Data Protection Agency under code 2023090117.

You may contact this entity at any time to exercise your rights to access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, or to request any additional information. Its purpose is to handle the delivery of purchased products and to enable the customer to look up any past purchases.

The information we will request is the same, and it will be necessary in order to identify you, and to be able to offer you all our services.
