Stimulates gross motor skills, such as bending over, picking things up, lifting, fitting together, building and stacking. Can be used as a mat or for making constructions and forming part of them. Varying intensity of tactile experiences, the points are the strongest and the circles the softest. We recommend walking barefoot (with no shoes or socks) to increase stimulation on the soles of the feet and for better grip.
